Hola buenos dias, es correcto, nos mando un video donde ocurría esto, tambien se podía observar como los testigos de humedad que tienen todos los telefonos en su placa base, estaban activados ( EN ROJO) es por ello que el teléfono no funciona de forma correcta y como le indicamos, puede devolver el articulo sin ningún problema, un saudo.
